The Primary Area is defined as Mississippi, generally in and surrounding Memphis/nearby West Tennessee; West Memphis, Arkansas; and the following counties: Mobile and Baldwin in Alabama; and Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa and Walton in Florida.
